ENDGAME - DHS Office of Detention + Removal Strategic Plan: Note special phrases such as "POTENTIAL terrrorists" (not even suspected, but potential! That means ANYONE that the current - or any future administration - doesn't like); or enforcement of "administrative violations", which is any rule or thing that Homeland SSecurity makes up. This includes a national management system for the detention and removal of "other threats" by "alternative detention settings & methods (p.4-6, 4-7, and page 2-5 (item #6) indicates DHS has "other initiatives" and plans that "will generate" significant additional demands on DRO detention capacity. Care to guess, considering our nation's deliberate LACK of immigration enforcement, where all that new detention capacity will come from?
If you guessed 'America's patriot movement' or 'domestic dissidents', you would be absolutely correct. Plans include enough space to detain "ALL REFERRALS" (i.e., delivered prisoners) and dovetails with all of the foregoing legislation & plans.
