5-25-2011 Update: The 4th Amendment rally at the Statehouse was a great success, and nearly 500 patriots showed up from all across the state. We know that many more Hoosiers were unable, on short notice, to attend on a work-day. Our State Reps & Senators were listening and expressed their desire to legislatively remedy the mess created by the high Court.
12-15-2011 3rd UPDATE: NO ACTION TAKEN THUS FAR. We have supported the efforts of several groups and many individuals working in concert to hold Indiana's high court accountable for their egregious violations of their oaths to our State & US Constitutions. However, as HQ INDMILCORPS predicted seven months ago, state politicians were counting on this issue to drop out of the public eye so they could drop the issue and get on with politics as usual. Hoosiers have not held these politicians' feet to the fire, and as a result we are ALL less safe!
Our greatest concern is that various federal alphabet agencies will use the current legal environment here in Indiana to establish a dangerous new precedent. Certain agencies such as BATF and DHS have a history of grave abuses that go back to their very inception. Whether a long or short history of abuses, these agencies have demonstrated their capacity to unjustly destroy Americans' lives and terrorize peaceable citizens. While we desire peace and domestic tranquility, their complete and utter disregard for the rule of law under the Constitution, respect for the inalienable Rights of the whole People as expressed in the Bill of Rights, and violent contempt for the lives of freedom-loving patriots demands a response. Our founders would no doubt have already fired the first shots, if they were here today to witness the devolution of this country. However, we have sought to stay the hand of righteous revolution in the interests of better organizing the patriots of Indiana. Yet the continued dismissal of the fundamental rights of Hoosiers is unacceptable - nothing short of a complete reversal and a very public apology will suffice. The violence done to our constitution by the court's decision is akin to the Intolerable Acts of 1774.
John F. Kennedy gave us a warning: "Those who would make peaceful revolution impossible, will make violent revolution inevitable." Polls indicate that Americans are in a "pre-revolutionary" mindset. Gross deprivation of Hoosiers' rights, at a time when the vast majority of people are withdrawing their consent to be governed, may be the trigger that initiates the violent rage of angry Americans. Since our interest lies in an orderly and peaceful restoration of our Liberty and the Republic, we urge lawmakers to make haste in countervailing the actions of the state supreme court.

What can you do??
1) Enroll in your area's militia. If you live outside Indiana and cannot find a militia, contact HQ for information about the Continental Militia Network and how to get a unit started in your area.
2) Stock up on essentials: Food, water, spare boots, Arms & ammunition, commo, fuel, etc. For ideas on what else you should get, visit our G-4 page.
3) Develop your network of friends; inform like-minded patriots that you know. When an emergency develops, you will have people that you can mutually rely upon.
Official unemployment stats still hover close to 10%, but as May 3, 2011, unemployment & foreclosures are going up again: do not believe the government lies about 'recovery'!! The slow-motion implosion of the economy has been underway for several months now. Stock up while you can, as best you can. If you are unemployed already and have family who are not, convince them of the necessity to prepare the whole family for the future. In the meantime, work for cash and if possible, get paid partly in silver (this will be your store of savings). SELL YOUR NONESSENTIALS, such as old movies, old sports/recreational gear, clothes you don't wear anymore, etc! Wisely allocate your earnings into essential purchases and savings.

If you are a college graduate or have prior administrative, public safety or military experience and would like to become an officer in the Indiana Militia, contact the Senior Brigade Commander for details on becoming a commissioned officer. Leaders wanted! Advanced placement available for those who have earned EAGLE rank in the BSA, have completed ROTC or OCS in any branch of service.
